Your business can engage the community by showing your support for area children with cancer and life-threatening blood disorders.
Being a sponsor of one of our fundraising events is a great way to generate positive brand awareness among your customers and our supporters. Talk with us about sponsorship opportunities for our upcoming events like the Superhero Run or our Spring auction and music event to find something that fits with your goals for charitable giving, cause marketing or employee engagement. Call Susannah at 608-231-8006 to talk about current opportunities for partnerships.
Your business or foundation can choose to sponsor all or part of one of our programs and have your name and logo appear as a sponsor on the program materials. For instance, you could become a sponsor of our popular Hero Bead program, become a sponsor of our monthly peer support groups, or sponsor one of our family social events like our Summer Picnic or our Holiday Party. You can also talk with us about opportunities to be an in-kind sponsor to help provide materials we need for our essential programs.
Your team members can help kids in need and their families year round by designating Badger Childhood Cancer Network for donations during your annual giving campaign. We have undergone the rigorous application process to become a member charity of Community Health Charities of Wisconsin, and are listed on the pledge materials for United Way of Dane County (#398), United Way of Greater Milwaukee (#00137) and in the Partners In Giving materials for state, UW, UWHC and AFCH employees in Dane County (#398). If you don’t have Community Health Charities as part of your workplace giving program, we can talk with you about the advantages of giving your employees the option of supporting highly respected health-related Wisconsin charities through payroll deduction. Employees can also write us in on their forms if we are not currently on the list.
There are many opportunities for your employees to enhance their team spirit while they support our work organizing a coin drive, dress-down days, a bake sale, an employee carnival, raffle or talent show, or doing fundraising tied to meeting wellness goals. Co-workers can find joy by taking part in our Adopt-A-Family program during the holidays, purchasing gifts for each child or teen in a family that is struggling financially as they care for a critically ill child. Or they can host a toy drive any time of year to collect new gender-neutral toys, books, games and comfort items for our New Diagnosis Bags.
